By enrolling in any SkillForge Africa program, you agree to uphold professionalism and mutual respect. All training materials remain the intellectual property of SkillForge Africa, and session recordings, where provided, are accessible for two (2) weeks after program completion. Certificates are issued only to learners who successfully complete the training with a minimum 80% attendance. SkillForge Africa reserves the right to suspend or remove any participant who violates these terms or engages in misconduct, without refund, and may update these terms at any time.
REFUND POLICY
SkillForge Africa operates a strict No Refund Policy.All payments for training programs, courses, workshops, and related services are final and non-refundable. Participants are encouraged to carefully review program details before making payment16 as non-attendance, withdrawal, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances will not qualify for a refund.
